Itinerary

A walk in the park and a walk down memory lane. We will be visiting the Kakum Park, Elmina Castle.Travellers will have a short hike and walk on the canopy walk way, then they will take photographs. From there they move to tour the slave castle.

An extensive guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Castle. You will discover the male and female dungeons, condemn cells, "door of no return" among several others. You will also learn how enslaved Africans were kept in cells prior to their "shipment" across the Atlantic and inhumane punishments by the governor and the soldiers.
