About this activity
• You will be pick up from the hotel in an Air conditioned Car
• As you Arrive at the location you will be introduced to your yoga Guru( Teacher)
• The location is located in a church where you will find lot of Greenery which will help you to do Yoga in a Fresh Air and healthy air
• You tour will start at 6 am in the morning
• Briefing on yoga
• Body Rotations
• Practicing Key Yoga Asanas (Postures) and Pranayamas ( Specific Breathing Patterns )
• Guided Meditations
• 20 minutes interaction on Yoga
• Session on stress free living
• After The yoga session there will be Tea break ( Herbal tea or Green Tea will be offered)
• After a the yoga session you will be given 15 minutes to explore the surroundings which is also a part of yoga
