Our guide, Henk, was extraordinary in explaining the history of the Gays and Lesbians in Amsterdam beginning with the holocaust through the present day. Henk had lived through much of the recent so it was something of a memoir. This memoir provided little known details while maintaining objectivity with a tight narrative. Thank you.
