A perfect day outing, our guide Xavi kept us in good humour thought the day with his wits, knowledge and recommendation for Amsterdam food, travel and restaurants. He never rushed and got everyone together with a smile. His recommendation for viavan app taxi was very helpful.
This was a great day trip to cover the Zaanse Schans windmills and also the opportunity to visit some of the dutch countryside. Tour was well organised and ran to time and we got to spend enough time in each place. The only place I felt was a bit of a waste of time was Marken as we basically just walked through and got back on the bus. This time would of been better spent as extra time at one of the other towns.
Guide was knowlegdeable, late leaving had to wait for a new bus as other one broke down before it picked us up
The tour guide and the bus ride was excellent. We stopped in 4 different cities...best to take the morning tour as these cities tend to swarm with tourists.
this trip is a must I recommend planning it very early in your trip, me and my friends really enjoyed the trip, we went to a very beautiful and fun places, Volendam my favorite, wonderful scenery, little history and the cheese farm was fun, they done 2 shows and give free sampling for the chess and wine, we were given 20 to 30 minutes of free time every location, our guide Lora ( hope it the correct spelling) is a very fun beautiful friendly lady, she had history facts and fun story, very understanding didn't rush us and was one of the reasons of success of the tour
We have 14 members in group, As a first time visitors in Amsterdam we are very happy with this arrangement. Cost is very reasonable. Anabel is great Tour guide with us, She is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Wonderful great tour guide great value old holland wind mills and cheese shoes funny beautiful countryside
