On our way to Tatev we are going to have a pleasant stop in the wine village Areni. We will have the opportunity to visit Areni winery with tasting of various fruit wines and try several kinds of fruit vodka.

Stop At: Shaki Waterfall, Sisian Armenia
Shaki Waterfall is situated in Armenia, above Lake Shaki. The altitude is 18 m. The waterfall is located 3 km North-West of Sisian city, in gorge of the River Vorotan.
It is an amazing place to breathe fresh air and relax.

Stop At: Khndzoresk Swinging Bridge, M12, Yerevan 0032 Armenia
Khndzoresk is famous for its antique cave dwellings, which have been used up to 1950s. From ancient times people lived in these rocky hills, constructing artificial shelters and places for food storage.
The length of the cave city is 3 km. The village had 3000 houses and population of 15000 people. Most of the houses in the village are dug into the rock. There were 2 churches and 3 schools, which tells not only about huge population, but about active cultural and spiritual lives.
The Swinging 160-meter long bridge weight 14 tons and connects the two banks of the village, the so-called old and new Khndzoresk.

Next on our route is a flight on the cable car "Wings of Tatev", which is listed in the Guinness book of records as the longest reversible cable car in the world. You will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the scenery of the picturesque gorge of the Vorotan river.

Tatev monastery was found in the X century, and in XIV century it became famous all over the world with one of the best universities of the middle ages. We will reveal the mysteries and study the symbols of the monastery.
