Dune du Pilat is a nature wonder on the Arcachon Bay. The history of a grain of sand is measured in millions of years. Resulting from the erosion of mountain ranges, (Pyrenees, Massif Central) sand is transported to the sea by rivers. The Dune's height is currently 110 meters above sea level. It is constantly moving inland.

We will climb the Dune, enjoy the most amazing views. After visiting the Dune, we will enjoy oyster tasting right a the oyster farm.
