5 Days Best Northern Tanzania Safari Circuit

Day 1 - Arrive at (JRO):

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and then transferred to Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa on Bed and Breakfast.

Day 2 - Lake Manyara National Park:

At 8:30 am you will be greeted by your guide and after an approximately 2-hour drive you will reach the Lake National Park. It is said to be the "loveliest (lake)... in Africa," Lake Manyara is covering 127 square miles (329 km2) of Lake Manyara National Park, the lake's alkaline waters cover approximately 89 square miles (231 km2), and then proceeds on your own arrangements. Overnight at Country Lodge on Full board.

Day 3 - Serengeti National Park:

Morning drive to Serengeti National Park with an optional - visit to Olduvai Gorge (Millions of years ago, the site was that of a large lake, the shores of which were covered with successive deposits of volcanic ash. The park lies in the north of the country, bordered to the north by the national Tanzania and Kenyan border, where it is continuous with the Masai Mara National Park Reserve. Overnight at Mawe Luxury Tented Camp on Full Board basis.

Day 4 - Serengeti National Park - Ndutu Area:

You will spend a full day following the great Migration in the southern Serengeti around Ndutu Area. During January/February, ndutu area is well known for the Great Wildebeests Migration, Big Cats including lion, cheetah, almost treeless grassland of the south is the most emblematic scenery of the park. . Other hoofed animals - zebra, gazelle, impala, hartebeest, topi, buffalo, and water-buck - also occur in huge numbers thru out the year. Drive to Mawe Luxury Tented Camp to overnight on Full Board basis.

Day 5 - Ngorongoro Conservation Area:

Wake ups call at 6:00 am, and then have just a cup of hot coffee then proceed for the early morning game drive, this morning game drive is very important as you will be able to witness the early morning kills from the big five only if you will be lucky enough. After the game drive back to the Lodge at 9:30 am in order to have your main breakfast, there after you will check out the Lodge and proceed with game drives en-route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. Stay overnight at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge to overnight on Full Board basis.

Day 6 - Ngorongoro Crater Tour - Drive Back to Arusha:

Descend the Ngorongoro Crater for tour. This is world heritage site; the incomparable Ngorongoro crater is the world's largest "caldera". Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 m high & presenting a sheer drop down to a wide open space of some 246 square km, and you may see elephant to lion, black rhino etc. Afternoon drive to Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa on B/B basis.
