10 DAYS HOME TO BUSH LIFE SAFARI

DAY 1. ON ARRIVAL

At Kilimanjaro International Airport you will find our driver guide who will brief you in short about Tanzania after greeting he will drive you to the lodge for diner and overnight.

DAY 2. TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK:

Early in the morning after the breakfast you will start a safari toward Tarangire national park. This park is known as a Palace of Elephant where if you are lucky you will see group of elephants approximately 500 in their family (herd). The park has very huge baobab trees which give an elephant a scratching place for removal of insect which might cause discomfort to elephant. Different bird species can be seen. Tarangire river become the most prey attraction especial dry season which give an easy way for predator to hunt hence easy photo taking during the process. After the lunch picknick you will drive away from the park to Mto wa Mbu. dinner and overnight at the lodge/tented camp/hotel.

DAY 3. MANYARA NATIONAL PARK:

Around 8:00 am in the morning you will be pick up by the guide driver to start safari to Manyara National park, on the way you will have a time to visit local market for curios and souvenir. Manyara national park is the unique national where you will find the time to see different animals like elephant, zebra, hippopotamus and lion which climb trees. Climbing trees of animal is adaptive behavior of the lion due to the environmental condition where there were a lot of water which destroyed their nails hence become difficult to hunt. Tsetse fly was disturbing them hence they decided to climb so that to escape the trouble. Manyara river become the main source of water to the park where attract animals especial during the drought where most of a prays come to get water hence become easy for predator to hunt hence will be easy for you to take a good look. After whole day game drive, you will be taken to the hotel/lodge/campsite for rest and dinner.

DAY 4. NGORONGORO CRATER:

After breakfast early in the morning you will be pick up and taken to ascend the Ngorongoro crater known as the hole of God with more than 600 meters height, 20 km diameters cover a total area of 250 km2, it is called the hole of God because of its nature where it is in hole like structure with interaction of different organism where people (Maasai) and animals. Within the crater if you are lucky you will see rhino the most vulnerable animals in the world. If you are lucky you will get a time to see about all big five that is Elephant, lion, Buffalo, Rhino and Leopard After you enjoy the crater you will descend the crater to drive towards Serengeti national park for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5,6& 7 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK:

Serengeti national park it is called the endless plain where the largest plain land is found. Predators like lion and leopard get enough time to chase prays because of the available enough land space hence you will get a time to spot animal hunting. It the second largest national park.

You will see great movement of animals within the park (wildebeest migration) crossing the river, the movement contain more than two million wildebeest and other animals like zebra, impala and bird species. In day 7 after the whole day game driving, you will be taken to Seronera airstrip to board a local plane fly to Zanzibar where you will be taken to hotel for dinner and overnight.

IN ZANZIBAR

DAY 8 JOZANI FOREST AND SPICE TOUR

Zanzibar is more famous as the spice Island due to its good smell of cloves which is smelling in the country. It is most attractive with comfortable beaches with good sunset view.

In the next day you will be taken to enjoy the nature in Jozani forest with different animal species including monkeys which are too friend with people. In the afternoon you will be taken to the spice plantation with the spice tour guide who will give you information about the crop and whole process, you may ask any question regarding the crop as you will be answered, at late evening you will go to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 PRISON ISLAND

In the morning you will take a boat to the Prison Island found in Zanzibar, this is a place where slaves where kept to shift them to the western countries during colonial period, it was taken as a secured place as it was difficult for slaves to escape. You will enjoy stories which are narrated. You will spend the whole day in the Island playing with marine organisms, at the late evening go back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10 DOLPHIN TOUR AND BEACH

After breakfast you will be taken to enjoy dolphin tour, spending the afternoon at the beach memorizing your safari and look on pictures you took the whole trip, according to the flight time of your international flight, you will be transferred to Kisauni Airport for your outbound flight back home.
