Days 0: Free Airport Pickup service to our clients:

Our guide will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport/ Arusha Airport and take you to our office in Arusha. As local Tanzanians, our guides know well the country and Arusha city, so you’ll be in good hands from when you arrive to the moment you leave. We’ll accommodate you before and after your safari at Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel or Meru INN hotel. We’ve a reserve a room for you for your luggage.

Day 1: Arusha Town to Meserani Snake Park
• 7.00 am Breakfast at Hotel.
• 8.30 am you’ll be picked up from the hotel by guide/driver and you’ll have 30 minutes to Meserani Snake Park gate.
• Lunch at 1.00 pm at picnic site
• You’ll have atleast 6 hours in Snake Park.
• lunch at 1.00 pm at picnic site.
• At the evening 16.00 pm you’ll head to Arusha Tourist Inn for your dinner and overnight.

Arusha Meserani Snake Park Masai Village Day Tour is an exciting trip to the Meserani Snake Park for those who are fascinated by snakes! Aside from the snake park, there is a Masai cultural museum where you will learn about the ways and lives of the Masai tribe.
Our Arusha Meserani Snake Park Masai Village Day Tour takes you to Meserani Snake Park which is located about 20 kilometers/ 13 miles west of Arusha, Tanzania.
The snake park is your way to Serengeti and Ngorongoro National parks and is home to approximately 48 snakes commonly found in Eastern and Southern Africa.
Upon arrival at the snake park, you will get a guided tour to see and learn about some of the most dangerous snakes in the world which include the Black Mamba, Green Mamba, Egyptian Cobra, Puff Adders amongst others.
You will be allowed to hold the non-venomous snakes that are and adapted to human being and take pictures while they move on your hands and neck.
Next you will take a personal guided tour of the Masai museum located within the snake park with a Masai warrior. He will walk you through and explain about the Masai culture, tradition and way of life.
After your tour through the cultural museum, your guide will take you to the Masai Crafts Market were you will see traditional Masai huts and also watch the Masai Women making their beautiful colorful jewellery.
Here you will dress up like a Masai Warrior and also have an opportunity to buy Masai curios and jewellery. You will then take a camel ride towards the Monduli Mountains to visit a local Masai Boma (village).
You will have lunch at a restaurant before taking a camel ride. The camel ride leaves from the gate at Meserani Snake Park and takes approximately 30 minutes to the village.
Along the way you will get a chance to chat with the Masai guide and enjoy beautiful scenery. You will tour the local village and see how the Masai live. The whole camel trip to the local village and back to the snake park lasts about 2 hours.
If time permits you can check out the 1500 Hours crocodiles feeding time. You may touch a baby crocodile.
On our way back to Arusha, we have the possibilities of making an optional shopping stop at Oldonyo rock curios shop or Cultural Heritage.
