About this activity

Starting from Naxos town, you'll be taken to visit the lush settings of the garden village of Melanes. Here lies the majestic statue of Kouros, 6,4 meters long, dated from the 7th century BC. After a short walk to work up your appetite, you'll head to Plaka and spend the rest of your experience in Mrs. Voula’s kitchen: here, they cook using only naxian products and traditional cooking methods. You'll get to learn special recipes such as “gemista” and the homemade meal you have prepared.
