Our tour guide, Liz, is a delightful and knowledgeable lady. She walked us through parts of the central area of Auckland that we would likely not have found. She had lots of historical information, and suggestions for stores and food. She sang the NZ anthem in Maori and English for us - very nice touch. She had answers for all our questions. Mostly the walk is flat and easy, but there is a small up hill section, a larger downhill section we took the bus up!, and a few steps. A completely worthwhile experience to give you a sense of both the history and current feel of Auckland.
