The ferry journey view is great. Waiheke Island is a recommended and Interesting place to visit if you like nature side seeing.

We enjoyed our day on Waiheke island but I did find the bus smelly of fumes. The sculpture trail started a long way from the bus stop too. Could the bus have gone closer, while the trail was on for the month.

We had a lot of fun "hopping on and off" the bus exploring wineries on this beautiful island. Ended up on a beautiful beach at the end of the day.

A good value excursion - ferry and HOHO bus. Because of limited time we just stayed on the bus for the return trip, rather than get off and explore. It was very relaxed with good scenery but obviously if you get off at places like the beach, for lunch or the village, it is better. The commentary was extremely monotoned and quite annoying, even though the info given was quite extensive. It was a good trip

Beautiful tour. Made the mistake of taking the first ferry and bus, most of the winerys did not open until 11am or so resulting in lost time at the beginning of 5he tour. A bit confusing to find the ticket window on the pier but well worth the time.
