Our tour of the mountains and lakes around Banff on July 29th was all we could ever ask for. Every stop was spectacular and the commentary was delightfully informative. Our driver, John and his helper, MacKenzie served us with great attitudes and were very engaging on the entire trip.
Matthew and Shane were perfect hosts for day. Matthew's humor and personal stories were outstanding - kept us laughing and engaged the entire trip. Both guides were very knowledgeable. Driving skills were outstanding. Would recommend this tour to all visitors - of all abilities. Comfortable bus. "Mr Rogers" aught to be cast in the movie. Explained things so well with a relaxed and easy manner.
Tour was wonderful. We saw so much in just one day. Tour guides David and Mackenzie were very informative. The only negative aspect of the tour is that no one ever told us we would have a 2 hour wait to catch the next bus back to town.
we were waiting by the hotel we been told to. no one picked us up or called us, we end up walking to different stop pickup, thanks to front desk people advice .The tour itself was great!!!
The tour was outstanding. The guild and driver were excellent. they explained everything and answered all our questions.
We visited lake louise, moraine lake, spiral tunnel and saw a freight train passing through, lunch at Emerald lake and Takkawanka falls.Wow what a full day and had plenty of time to take snaps and enjoy each place. The driver was so good at reversing the coach on the sharp incline to Takkawanka falls and dealing with the issues that involved. He was also very knowledgeable.
Another excellent tour
