Itinerary
Meet at the office at 9am , try the equipment and travel to the Puyo River for 2 hours. Here you will take a look for natural pools in the river where you will learn the Skimo roll.
If the afternoon if you already know the eskimo roll , you will be able to go down the river , in order to read the river current.
You will be back to Banos around 4pm.
