Founder and A&R of the Life and Death label, Manfredi Romano grew up touring with groups, directing punk bands and organizing musical events in Italy at the turn of the millennium. Then he formed DAZE, the first booking agency in Italy dedicated exclusively to electronic music. After two decades of experience on the scene, Romano changed his approach in 2010, establishing himself as a DJ on his own. Tennis exhibits a cunning ability to create intimacy in the most varied saraos. He is also a respected producer. Roman constantly channels his first influences of post-rock luminaries like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Tortoise and Fugazi in intricately synthesized electronic constellations.
