Guided Walking Tour With Tapas Lunch

You'll meet in a city centre venue just off Las Ramblas, where your professional tour guide will be ready and waiting to greet you. Once ready you will head out to Placa del Pi, here your guide will introduce themselves and begin the incredible story of our beloved city. During the 2.5 hour you'll visit famous sites such as the Romas Walls, Placa del Rei, Barcelona Cathedral de Sant Eulalia, Palau Reial, Temple d'August and more. Your guide will take you on a journey through the 2500 years of our city's history, including the Carthaginians, Visigoths, Romans and others who helped shape and mold Barcelona in to the city it is today. 

You will also hear about Barcelona's recent history, including the Olympic games of 1992, world famous football team and a couple of famous local faces (listen out for the legend of the elephant man!).

Following your tour your guide will take you to a port side restaurant for some local cuisine. Here you'll dine as us locals do, on a mixture of delicious tapas. 

Your guide will happily stay after the tour and you are welcome to ask them for some insider local advice, be it about their favourite paella spot, view points or other exciting and interesting activities that are available here in Barcelona.
