Private classes of authentic valencian paella

This course of making paella starts at 12 o'clock and ends at 2.30 o'clock. At night it starts at 7:00 p.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m. When the student arrives at the kitchen he is received with a glass of Spanish wine. The recipe is delivered in Spanish and English and the difference between the authentic paella and the "rice with things" is explained. While the rice is being made, we sampled a small appetizer of Valencian products. Then, we eat the paella in a private dining room and finish with one of the best sweet wines of Alicante.

Este curso de elaboración de paella empieza a las 12h y acaba sobre las 14.30h. Por la noche empieza a las 19h y acaba a las 21.30h. Cuando el alumno llega a la cocina se le recibe con una copa de vino español. Se entrega la receta en español e inglés y se explica la diferencia entre la auténtica paella y el "arroz con cosas". Mientras se hace el arroz, degustamos un pequeño aperitivo de productos valencianos. Luego, comemos la paella en un comedor privado y acabamos con uno de los mejores vinos dulces de Alicante.
