It also includes a relaxed drive to the most popular destination outside Barcelona – the impressive national park of Montserrat. Montserrat is the ‘Serrated Mountain’ – it gets its name from the rock formations which look like they’ve been sawed and sculpted. Our experienced drivers will ensure you enjoy the road up the mountain unstressed and we will take you all the way to the entrance so you don’t have to endure uphill walking (admission to Montserrat is included in the price). Like thousands of pilgrims before, you too will be touched and inspired as we explore the magnificent mountain and its spectacular rock formations. Prepare for gorgeous views of Catalonia from the top and learn about the legend of the Black Virgin. Visit the mountain-top Basilica and if available, you will also enjoy a performance by “La Escolania”, which is the oldest children’s choir in Europe.
