Day 1: Tbilisi – Batumi : Transfer in Batumi from Tbilisi check in your acomodation in Batumi (its will be 3 or 4 star Hotel in Batumi) Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast and take a guided city tour to discover the city of Batumi. Visit the Italian inspired Colonnades of Batumi. The elegant, white Greek-style colonnades were initially built as an entrance to the beach, but as the shore-line retreated, they now remain as decorative piece of architecture. Take a walk around the Europe Square, and see the famed monument of Medea with the Golden Fleece. Continue towards The Wonderpark, which is situated and designed on the seafront boulevard of Batumi. Batumi Boulevard, a historic promenade stretched along the coast of the Black Sea. It is the perfect place to enjoy a walk, bike ride or just relax and see the popular attractions such as the statue of Ali and Nino, the Georgian Alphabet tower, Batumi panoramic Ferris wheel, and Batumi lighthouse. After the tour drive back to your hotel in Batumi.
Day 2: Around Batumi : after breakfest will see Batumi Botanical Garden is located in Batumi, Georgia. It's 10 km far from the city centre. The lower, upper and seaside parks are located on the main route of the garden. Currently, the garden consists of nine floristic sectors, those of Caucasian humid subtropics, East Asia, New Zealand, South America, the Himalayas, Mexico, Australia, and of the Mediterranean. The garden collection comprises 2.037 Taxonomic units of ligneous plants, including 104 of Caucasian origin. The rests are the representatives of the other phytogeographic flora.
One of the must-visit attractions is Makhuntseti waterfall which is remote from Batumi to 30 km .This is one of the highest waterfalls in Ajara – a real pride of local residents. You can get to the waterfall from Batumi by any minibus that goes in the direction of Keda village. The road will take about 30 minutes and then you will need to get off at the central highway. By the way, getting off at the right place, you will see two pointers, one to the waterfall and the other to the famous stone bridge, built during the reign of Queen Tamar. This is another attraction of the area. On the way to Makhuntseti, you will hear a pleasant noise of the approaching water. And in a few minutes, there will be an incredible sight. The water falls from the height of 20 meters, breaking on the rocks and dividing into a plurality of splashes. In summer those who wish can swim in the waterfall bowl. They say that the water here rejuvenates. Nearby operates the cafe offering Georgian dishes.
