Stop At: Makhuntseti Waterwall, Keda Georgia
You will drive from Batumi in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. First stop will be Makhuntseti Waterfall. Falling from a height of 36 meters it is one of the most beautiful and most visited tourist attractions in Ajara. You will also visit nearby arched stone bridge of Queen Tamar.

Stop At: Information Center Khulo, Batumi-Akhaltsikhe, Khulo, Georgia
From Khulo, you will take Soviet-built cable car to village of Tago. Tago is located across the center of Khulo and opens up mesmerizing views of the valley in between and surrounding mountains that will give you overwhelming sensation of wide open space.
The cable itself is 1700 meters long and highest point from the ground beneath is 280 meters.
Now your hiking journey will begin.
You will start walking up the hill and then go down into the forest trail. The trail will lead you through undisturbed nature and traditional settlements of wooden houses. The path full of diverse plants is 9 km long and leads you to Skhalta monastery.

Stop At: Skhalta Monastery, Zomleti-Khikhadziri, Georgia
According to one version, Skhalta Monastery was constructed in XII-XIII centuries. The notable frescoes of the church were painted in the 14th and 15th centuries.
In Skhalta, you will have a traditional homemade dinner at a local family.
Here is the end of your hiking trail but your journey continues. Your vehicle will pick you up and drive you down to a village of Keda where you will taste unique local wine in a family-owned winery. Later you will head back to Batumi and we will drop you off at your accommodation.
