Chinese Shadow Puppet has been listed into World Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2011. Shadow puppet has a history of over 2000 years, yet still alive, it must have its own stories to tell.
In this experience, I will take you to get a close touch with this culture. You’d be able to see a shadow puppet show which last about 30-40 minutes. Then you can make your own shadow puppet that made of PVC boards; or you can choose to color a donkey leather shadow puppet which has the same texture of the ancient shadow puppet. When your own shadow puppet is done, you can play your own shadow puppet play and take it home as a nice souvenir.
