Private Beijing Day Tour: 798 Art District, Din Tai Fung and Hot Spring

After meeting your guide upon hotel pickup, hop into your private vehicle and set off on your exciting tour. Your tour will start with the visit to the 798 Art District.

Located in the Dashanzi area, to the northeast of central Beijing, 798 Arts Zone is the site of state-owned factories in 1950s including Factory 798, originally produced electronics. Attracted by the Bauhaus Style buildings and convenient transportation in this tranquil area, artists began to gather to re-make the factory spaces, gradually developing them into galleries, art centers, artists' studios, design companies, restaurants, and bars. Accompanied by your friendly tour guide, you will walk around this huge area, and feast your eyes on the studios and design companies.

Then you will enjoy a relax ride to the Chunhuiyuan Resort (30 minutes driving) where you will enjoy an outdoor hot spring for about 2 hours. The hot spring here comes from 1230 meters underground, and it's abundantly rich in minerals and elements. The temperature of water here ranges from 29 C to 90 C. All the pools – of various sizes, temperatures and bubbliness – are filled with different remedies, including flora, rose, red wine, milk and more. At the outdoor lakeside hot spring, while you are soaking yourself into the pool, you can pamper your eyes and calm yourself with the mesmerizing view of the lake with the modern buildings opposite.
