Stop At: Dannieh Cedar Forest, Minieh Dinnieh, Lebanon
These are 3 to 4 locations that we will visit during the day.
1- The first stop is the Sfireh Temple, constructed in the second century A.D. during the reign of Roman Emperor Septimius Severus. It is the largest of its kind within Lebanon, so take some time to wander and explore, as an optional extra, you can choose to hike through the pine forest that surrounds the temple.
2- The Zahlan Grotto is the next destination on our journey, this cave has calcite formations which cover both walls and ceilings, these natural formations make this location especially fascinating.While exploring the Grotto, we will also be venturing over the Zahlan bridge
3- we visit will be the 40s mountain bridge, which has some of the most captivating views within Lebanon, this is truly the destination to take some time to embrace your surroundings. Also a visit to the cedars trees is offered when we are in this area
4- Also an optional stop is the lake of oyoun Samak, a very beautiful lake that lies between two mountains where we will see panoramic view of it.
