About this activity
Meet your river guide in Usce for a 30-minute safety briefing in preparation for your 3.5-hour rafting trip on the Ibar River. Each participant is provided with all of the necessary equipment for rafting (life jacket, helmet, neoprene suit and boots, and paddle). Every raft has its own rafting guide.
The river is navigable year-round and is one of the most popular and attractive rivers in Serbia. The Ibar flows through a gorge, making for some exciting Class III rapids. You'll travel from Usce to Polumir or from Polumir to Maglič, with the option to visit Maglič Fortress and UNESCO-listed Studenica Monastery afterward.
