Benidorm Tapas & Paella Cooking Class

This day begins in the heart of Benidorm with a visit to the Benidorm Market where you’ll select the freshest local ingredients that will be used later in the cooking class. You’ll also know Spanish specialties like Serrano Ham and Iberian Ham and many other unknown by tourists. The best thing is that you could taste many of them!

After the Market visit you´ll go to the Cooking School to learn how to cook the most popular dishes of Spanish gastronomy, in a small group and with the guidance of expert chefs.

You’ll learn to prepare 5 dishes: a starter cold soup called Andalusian Gazpacho, two tapas (chorizo in Asturian cider and Spanish omelette), the traditional Paella and a dessert.

During the cooking class you’ll savor an appetizer tasting accompanied with coffee, tea or wine.

Then, a great lunch to delight in the dishes you have made… Surely are delicious! You’ll also get the recipes and the apron as souvenir of this unique and memorable experience.

A didactic and tasty activity to spend a different day in Benidorm, a city that has much to offer in addition to its beaches.
