Basque Country Surfing Class from Saint Jean de Luz

Enjoy a 2 hour surfing class with professional instructors. This class fits all levels whether you're a beginner or a confirmed surfer. Surf lessons are held every day throughout the year for adults and for children. Your qualified surf instructors will share their experience and passion with you.

On the beaches of the Basque coast, you will go to the surf school in Hendaye Bidart, and be welcomed by the professional team who will give you all the equipment: surf board and surf suit. The class will start with a 15 minutes theory session on the beach and after that, it is time to get into the water. Your professional surf instructor will assist you during the entire 1.5 hour lesson, making you feel safe and giving you the best advice so you can enjoy your time on the board. Once the lesson is finished, you will have another 15 minutes session to discuss the experience with your instructor.

In summer, the private lesson will take place on the beach Uhabia and its immediate surroundings.

 

During the low season (October to June), you will discover the best spots of the Basque coast in a "surf-van". In order to bring you the best waves and according to your surf level, you will go along the coast from Hendaye to Anglet via St Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Bidart and Biarritz, in a minibus.
