The drive itself is very long you actually get picked up at 10 o' clock from the meeting point and arrive at the outlet mall about 11.30 or later and then the bus is coming back for you at 5 pm. There are alot of buildings to go to so I think that you should be picked back up for 6 pm instead. If not this then I think you should leave the meeting point for 9.30 am instead of 10.
First time to outlets in America. Great place and unbelievable price. The transport is very convenient and comfortable. New year's gifts for everyone are ready. Happy day and happy short trip.

Overall is ok, they pick you up early on the hotels for all of the tours and then youll have to wait in the main station until the departure time of your trip, everything was on time. If you are planning to do some serious shopping you will need more time than this option can give you, you will arrive to the outlet around 11 or so and even if you think 6 hours is a lot at the end is not. If you want to have time in the stores and buy without pressure this might not be the best option since you will have to leave at 5pm when the mall closes at 9pm. For one person is the most affordable option, if you are a group of 3 or more go in uber and split the fare, then you can control the time.
