About this activity

This is a 7 days tour, for a small group, that will take you deep in the heart of Transylvania. The program is meant to reveal amazing places in Romania such as Turda salt mine (very modern and science fiction looking like), Alba Iulia fortress (one of the most beautiful in Europe), Corvin Castle (built around the XV th century), traditional saxon villages (where the locals can be observed doing their daily chores), and old cities like Brasov and Sibiu.

Itinerary & visits:

Bucharest - Sibiu (with stops in Cisnadie and Cisnadioara, two beautiful villages once inhabitated by german population) - Alba Iulia (visit at the old fortress, where King Ferdinand and Queen Mary were crowned) - Turda (visit at the spectacular salt mine) - Hunedoara (visit at Corvin castle, built in gothic style) - Carta (scenic transylvanian village) - Brasov (visit in the old city) - Bucharest.
