In the morning of your travel date, our team (the driver and the guide) will be at your hotel in Bucharest to pick you up.

The departure time will be anytime you wish, between 07:30 to 09:15 in the morning.

After less than 2 hours to drive we will be at Curtea de Arges Town - the Town of the Kings, as it is known. We will visit here the Royal Monastery - Curtea de Arges Monastery, which is one of the most legendary monasteries from Europe. The Legend of Ana and the legend of Filofteea are just two of them. Join us to find out the others!

Inside the Monastery we can see also the tombs of greatest Kings and Queens of Romania.

After few other minutes we will rich Poenari Village where we will visit the Ruins of Vlad the Impaler's Citadel.

Vlad the Impaler is the medieval ruler whose image is associated with Count Dracula!

BY AWARE: from the bottom of the hill to the top, where the citadel is, we have to go up more than 1.000 stairs. It is not difficult, but even so - we do not recommend this tour for those with serious medical problems!

We will have then a lunch break, at a traditional Romanian cuisine restaurant. Vegetables dishes are also available!

When you will be ready we will go to visit Vidraru Lake and Vidraru Dam - the highest dam from Romania!

At the end of the tour, we will ride you back at your hotel!
