The place of Ceausescu's execution on December 1989, during the communism revolution. Part of the Military Unit UM01417 is now museum because here Elena and Nicolae Ceausescu spent their last three nights. Here was the trial and outside of the building is the wall where both of them has been executed.

The Royal Court was built by Mircea cel Batran in XIV century and modified during time by other rulers of Wallachia, such as Petru Cercel, Vlad Tepes, Constantin Brancoveanu. Here we visit the ruins of the Palace, the Orthodox Church, and Chindia Tower.

An important monastery for Romanians, a few kilometers from Targoviste, because here is berried the head of Michael the Brave (Mihai Viteazul), the one who unified for the first time Wallachia, Moldavia, and Transylvania, in 1600. Also, this orthodox monastery is a peaceful place.
