Hungarian Private Dinner wth 4-course Menu

My event is similar to a friendly dinner, where we don't have portions, like in restaurant. On this dinner I would like to share a lot of information with you about Hungary.

THE MENU:

Starter: Farmer's plate with typical local ingredients (sausages, homemade bread, spicy cottage cheese cream, vegetables),

Soup: Sour cherry soup (with dairy product),

Main course: Chicken paprikas with dumpling and homemade pickles (with chikcen, dairy product, egg, flour),

Dessert: Gundel pancake (with dairy product, egg, flour, walnuts, chocolate)

DRINKS:

Welcome drink - Hungarian palinka (fruit brandy), Hungarian wine, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee.

The dinner is going to start at 6pm and finish at around 8pm.

You are kindly expected arrive a few minutes earlier.
