I booked this tour because the official parliament site showed sold out tickets a week before our arrival. So - we thought we would pay the premium and get ticket coupled with the boat cruise. For reference we payed $98 together and the two parliament tickets would have been about $45 of that cost. Be warned the initial communication is poor and I never received a voucher to print (so I was panicking worried we weren’t confirmed and the company’s warning of possible sold out times was coming true). So, we arrived extra early to try and deal with any possible issues. Well - turns out more tours were open and plenty of tickets could have been purchased with little wait at the base price (cutting out the cost of the tour company). Further - the representative with our tickets was not visible in any way (no shirt or sign or anything identifying the tour company and who to talk to). Then while the parliament tour was at 11 (ending at 12) the boat didn’t start until 2pm leaving us with an awkward gap of time. The boat ride (which would equate to about $50 of our total price is about $25 a person and had zero frills. You could have purchased a nicer boat with a glass of champagne for the same or a baseline tour for $10. Plus - take the ride at night!! Overall unless it is peak season and there is no other way to get a parliament ticket - don’t book this.
