At the beginning, we only plan to go for the cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago. Then we decided to go visit Iguazu Falls. So we joined this tour before the cruise. We were contacted by email by the local agent before we got on the plane. Brenda from Say Hueque arranged our special arrangement of hotel stays and all transfers through emails. We were greeted by Cecilia, the host, with Argentina snacks and a bottle of water, just what we needed after a long red eye flight. The complimentary bottle of local wine is the sugar icing. The day before flying to Iguazu , Brenda sent me a reminder that her agent in Iguazu did not find our flight number, nor arrival time, which we sent her for transfer. She called the airline and the reply was It should be okay. She has no obligation to check for me because we bought our own air ticket to fly from Buenos Aires to Iguazu. We received nothing from the Airline company and we don't speak Spanish. The next day we went to the airport to find out that the original flight was cancelled or combined with a two hours later flight. We were worried about the transfer when we landed. Luckily a young gentleman sitting next to us at the breakfast food court, speaks English and is kind to lend his cell phone to us to call Brenda, at 7 am on New Year Day. She is polite and helpful to forward our changes to the agents responsible for the transfers. What a relief we were at that time. The return flight from Iguazu was also delayed. Brenda also arranged the pickup of luggage and transfer to another hotel seamlessly. And two days later, the transfer to the cruise ship terminal is also punctually done. My impression is that this company is client-orientated and my experience is very satisfactory. They went an extra mile to make sure the clients are attended to. Thanks to all, especially Brenda and Cecilia, who help to make our trip a happy memory.
