Aerial silk class beside Rosedal Lake

Itinerary

We will immerse in The Rose Garden (Rosedal) in Palermo, find a special tree about 15 feet tall and hang the silk from a thick branch. We will start the practice with physical preparation including aerobics and resistance exercises for 30 minutes, followed by an activity briefing, after this, you will be ready to climb the silk! No circus experience is required. Everyone can enjoy the freedom of flying around using only your body to attach. Finally, we will do some stretching to relax with a beautiful Lake view.
