Rooftop Barbacue & Argentinean Flavors

While the meat begins to roast, we will learn about different ARGENTINEAN MEAT CUTS, and different techniques for a good roast.
After that, we´ll continue with what we are all interested, FOOD!
As a first step we´ll start with EMPANADAS TUCUMANAS (the most famous ones in our country)
Second step we will try the typical Argentinean barbecue appetizer: CHORIZO, MORCILLA AND CHINCHULIN! We will try the famous CHORIPAN ARGENTINO.
Then an exquisite PORK MATAMBRE will come out, followed by a ASADO RIBS/ENTRAÑA, finishing the menu with a ARGENTINEAN BEEF
The roast will be accompanied by a ROASTED VEGETABLES SALAD, CRIOLLA SALDAD and SMOKED CHIMICHURRI SAUCE.
During dinner we will share a MALBEC WINE.
DESSERT
DULCE DE LECHE Oreo Cake, we will also talk about how to make homemade Dulce de leche!
Finally, we will toast with a glass of FERNET WITH COCA!
