3-Night Cairo City Break in 5 Star Hotel

The hotel was okay for the most part, but could be better. The hotel used was not fully 5, bed bugs, and ants were in our room. The helping staff was nice, but the front desk was not very polite. Our guide was helpful until I had a problem and he said well I can't help. Had an issue at check in which I was billed for something that according to my voucher was included. Couldn't leave the hotel until this extra amount was paid. I was going by the email voucher that stated inclusion B,L,D found out at check out not true and I was billed was almost late for departure flight because I was held there until I made payment. I also ended up having to pay for an extra day because my flight arrived before check-in. This tour was not as organized as it should've been. I learned the locals do not care what your paper says they work off of what they decide. First time in Egypt could've had a more pleasant experience. I would recommend the tour if the local guides at the destination improve their service.
