the guide was on time and professional and so knowledgeable regarding the history of pyramids now about the quad bike the area you pick up the bike from is so so dirty .. so the first 15 min of the ride isn't pleasable what so ever , but as you reach the desert the fun begins and the views of the pyramids is just stunning . one thing i would like to point out that you wouldn't really ride the quad close to the pyramids coz they are not allowed , u ll be driving them out of the fences that surrounding the area of pyramids .. so you ll be close but not that close .

Horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend doing this trip alone. Rented the atv and the guide wanted to ride on the front of the my atv. Makes no sense trying to balance a person on the front of your atv while trying to go top speed in the bumpy desert. Once they agreed to use a separate atv for the guide, shortly after our departure his 1st stop in the desert is at his friends camel ride. Spent about 10 minutes declining to ride or to take pictures with a camel for cash. The camel guy was continuously trying to solicit services with his camel while making me feel uncomfortable by asking inappropriate questions. He asked how much I paid for my sneakers and implied that it would be nice if I gave it to him. Then continued by saying since I have expensive footwear I should help him out. He later demanded I give him more money after I tipped him 20 LE for offering me tea. Had a little fun riding the atv and was able to view the pyramids and city from breath taking views. But nobody wants to ride a camel while paying for an atv by the hour. Foolish decision by the atv guide to try to give his camel friend business while the customer is renting an atv.
