Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Transfer to hotel

Today we'll begin your Egypt tour package as our Rep. will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel for the start of your trip. At hotel our Rep. will assist with a smooth check-in and review your Egypt holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each activity.

Day 2: Cairo Pyramids & Memphis tour

Stop At: Pyramids of Giza, Al Haram Str., Giza 12611 Egypt
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then you'll be met by your personal guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx, and Valley temple facing the great statue.

Stop At: Memphis and Sakkara, Cairo 11655 Egypt
Memphis-first capital of the ancient kingdom to see the statue of Ramses II, then to Sakkara to see the Step pyramid.

Day 3: Fly Cairo to Luxor - Nile Cruise Tour - Valley of the Kings Excursion & Luxor temple

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt
Check out from the hotel in the morning and then transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival we'll transfer you by an air-conditioned vehicle and begin our tour of the West bank of the Nile starting at the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings.
Then we'll encounter the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC. From here we'll head to the Colossi of Memnon. Your afternoon is free to relax on board your 5-star Nile cruise boat or to explore Luxor's markets. In the evening we take a walking tour of the beautiful Luxor Temple which is spectacularly lit up at night.

Day 4: Luxor - Karnak Temple - sail to Edfu

Stop At: Temple of Karnak, Luxor Egypt
This morning you have the chance to take a spectacular sunrise hot air balloon flight over the West bank of the Nile. After breakfast, our tour of Luxor today is to the enjoy a visit to the impressive Karnak Temples - rightly justifying Luxor's reputation as the largest open air museum in the world! In the afternoon the boat starts sailing up the Nile, through the lock at Esna and on to Edfu where we overnight.

Day 5: Edfu - Cruise to Kom Ombo & Aswan

After breakfast on board your Nile Cruise, you'll visit the well preserved Ptolemaic Temple, dedicated to Horus at Edfu.Next, sail to Kom Ombo to see the unique Temple of Sobek, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god.Have your lunch on board. Continue sailing to Aswan.Dinner and overnight on board your Nile Cruise.

Day 6: Aswan - Philae Temple & Aswan Dam & Unfinished Obelisk

We start our tour of Aswan with a trip to fter breakfast on our Nile cruise, enjoy a day’s sightseeing in Aswan.

Start with the High Dam and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk.Afterwards we'll proceed to the beautiful Temple of Philae, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor.Dinner and overnight on board deluxe Nile Cruise.

Day 7: Fly Aswan to Cairo, Egyptian Museum

Stop At: Egyptian Antiquities Museum, Midan El Tahrir Geographical Society Building, Cairo 11511 Egypt
This morning we transfer to Aswan airport for a flight back to Cairo. We start our tour of Cairo with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. Accompanied by your certified Egyptologist, you'll stroll through the halls highlighting each historical period of this ancient land. This afternoon is free to enjoy at your leisure, or to take an optional half day tour to discover Cairo's old churches and synagogues in Coptic Cairo, visit the Citadel overlooking the city, and explore the narrow streets of the Khan-el-Khalili bazaar. Finally, an optional dinner cruise on the Nile is available this evening.

Breakfast at the hotel with free time at your leisure, then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure. Extensions are available to add onto the end of the tour to spend some time by the Red Sea, add some day trips to Alexandria or visit the World Heritage Site of Wadi Rayan and the Valley of the Whales.
