Start your full day tour to visiting the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. It displays the largest and most precious items of the Egyptian art in the world.
It exhibits a rare collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts that date as far back as 5000 years, including an exclusive exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamon - A collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry that were burried in his tomb for over 3,500 years before they were discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was excavated.
The Citadel was fortified by the Ayyubid ruler Salah al-Din (Saladin) between 1176 and 1183 CE, to protect it from the Crusaders.[1] Only a few years after defeating the Fatimid Caliphate, Saladin set out to build a wall that would surround both Cairo and Fustat,then we will moving to visit the Coptic area where you can see the church of Abu-Sergah and ST, Barbara, the hanging church ,the old Jewish synagogue-Ben Ezra .

What a fantastic trip. I got to do everything I wanted including a couple things that was not on the program. My guide was very good. He was upbeat and had a great knowledge of Cairo history.
