The tour was amazing. I rated this place a 4 star, because their directions are completely messed up.. When I put the directions on google maps for navigation it sends me to another Marina tour place that does the same activity. When I arrived there, the tour guy told me I was in the wrong place and I needed to walk 15 minutes to get to the correct marina.. This place is actually located in the same place at some type of restaurant. They should charge their address to match the resturaunts address.

The tour was really amazing. Both activities - driving the boat and snorkeling were very exciting. The only one negative experience was an open requirement for the tips and guide response to the tips he got. I understand that it is acceptable in Cancun that everywhere you must give lots of tips for everybody, but in my personal opinion the person should be worthy of them.

I gave this tour as a wedding gift to friends and they LOVED IT! They only said good things about the staff and the experience, they even sent me a video made during the tour and I was amazed, it looked more than expected and would definitely recommend buying this.
