Everything about this tour was amazing!! Our tour guide, ilaria, was full of knowledge and had a wonderful personality. I cannot day enough good things about our excursion. We are making plans to come back to Mexico this summer to swim with the whale sharks!!
The tour was fantastic! I loved snorkeling in Akumal...it was just enough time. The Cenotes were fabulous! I appreciated the knowledge Linda shared with us concerning the history of the Cenotes and why the coral reefs must remain untouched and intact, I was traveling alone and most of the tours would not do a hotel pick up for a single person but Viator does!
I totally botched the pick up time and we missed our van. A quick call to the phone number listed on the Viator ticket put us on the next tour that very same day. No muss, no fuss. The tour guides were great and you definitely get your fill of turtle viewing. Cenotes were beautiful as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The guide Fran and the photographer Chris were outstanding and made it even more special. We would highly recommend this trip. We can't wait to come back and do it again.
