We had a great time on this tour! We saw 4 of the 5 animals we were looking for. Southern Right whales were sighted 4 minutes into the boat ride! We also saw brown whaler (sp?) Sharks, Cape fur seals, and African penguins! The boat ride was well managed with the staff checking periodically to make sure everyone was okay. Great explanations of the wildlife were given and they made sure everyone had photo opportunities.
Refreshments before and after the excursion were good. However, the guides were not. Granted, the sea was choppy and despite this, we were able to view a southern right whale from nearby. However, there was no commentary on what we did see and what we were told we would be told about did not take place.
