This tour begins at our location in Oceanside, CA. Easy access from the parking lot to the check-in counter and onto the boat, so our vessel is wheelchair accessible. There are three tour times to choose from, either morning or afternoon: 12pm, 2:30pm or 5pm and each lasts approximately 2 hours.
Each tour is narrated by an expert Captain, a certified naturalist who loves whales and dolphins just like you do.
This US Coast Guard-inspected Catamaran is perfect for optimal viewing during the San Diego whale watching season. Your vessel is a new 50-foot Catamaran which is wheelchair accessible and on one level. We have both covered and non covered areas and seating throughout. Exciting!!! We were very impressed with staff and equipment. A young man in a wheelchair was onboard with us and he was treated with so much respect. We did not see whales but did find a superpod of dolphins!! They put on a great show!!
We had a great time. We went in August and saw sea lions and lots and lots of dolphins. They played with the boat and it was just wonderful. Lots of calves. They were so cute. On the way back from a distance we saw a huge splash that jumped up and out of the water that appeared to be a whale but we weren't close enough. It was a beautiful day and we took the first cruise of the morning. Lauren was a sweetheart at check in and helped us a lot as the original day we booked we could not attend due to parking issues at the site. I would definitely do this again.
Although we did not find any whales never a guarantee, we did find many dolphins.
