About this activity
You will visit a volcanic cave using the equipment provided from us (helmets and torches).You will stop at a farmhouse, you will enjoy a rustic lunch made with local products (starter and first course) together with a good glass of Sicilian wine. It is possible to arrange, upon request, a suitable dish to vegetarians and coeliacs. After lunch, walking through brooms, chamomile and silver birches, you will visit unique lava formations and eccentric craters, usually on the North-East side of Etna.
The guide will pick you up at your hotel (if in the centre of Catania) or in a meeting point halfway. The tour is in Italian and English. Upon request also in Spanish and French.
