Day 1: Chengdu, Panda & Culture & City Highlights
Stop At: Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi), No.1375 Xiongmao Avenue the Outside Northern Third Ring Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu 610081 China
At around 8:00 am, your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby, and then start for Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
Born with charming naivety, the panda is usually more active from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. You will arrive at 8:30am, so that you will see the pandas enjoying their morning larkishness and breakfast. What's more, you will also get a chance to see their enclosures, the baby panda's room and the panda museum, and watch a short movie about panda.

Stop At: Wenshu Yuan Monastery, No.66 Wenshuyuan Street, Qingyang District, Chengdu 610017 China
In the afternoon, take a city tour to Wenshu Temple, the best preserved ancient monastery in Chengdu. It's the home to 80 monks and is frequently visited by both tourists and locals. You will spend 1 hour in the monastery.
While in Wenshu Temple, you can taste a cup of traditional Chinese tea in a teahouse and soak up the local leisure culture and tea culture.

Stop At: Jinli Pedestrian Street, No.231 Wuhouci Street, Wuhou District, Chengdu 610041 China
Today's last stop is Jinli Old Street. It is about 550 meters long. Walking in this street, historic lanes, old official residences, vernacular dwelling, inns and shops will bring you back to ancient China. Be transferred back to your hotel after that.

Day 2: Chengdu - Leshan Giant Buddha - Chengdu
Stop At: Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo), No.2435 Lingyun Street, Shizhong District, Leshan 614000 China
Depart from your hotel at 9:00 am, drive about 2 hours to Leshan to marvel at the 71-meter-high Giant Buddha. You can climb up to his head to get an up-close and feel his magnitude (usually 2-3 hours), and take a join-in boat cruise on Lejiang River to get a full view of its grandness. After the tour, you will be sent back to your hotel in Chengdu.
