Chinese Tea Tasting and Traditional Art Class

Itinerary

Join us for a Chinese tea ceremony! We will host a class in a special Chinese style art house in Chengdu. The program includes Chinese calligraphy and painting and tries to play "Gu Qin" (the oldest musical instrument in the world). And we will show some famous and high-quality teas from China and learn about some very basics with them. You will get learn different teas and brewing methods. We will brew tea in “Gong Fu Cha” method using unique teapots and teacups. The travelers will learn to make the tea step-by-step. You can even try to brew your own tea with the things you have learned as well. We will sample different teas to find out what is your favorite. In the end, we will prepare a little gift for you.
