You may choose one of it when you book it. 7:30-8:00am(11:30-12:00pm) Pickup from your hotel 8:00-9:50am(12:00-13:50pm) Drive to Sichuan Cuisine Museum at Gucheng Village Pixian Country of Chengdu 9:50-10:00am(13:50-14:00pm) Entering the museum, taste the Sichuan style stuffed pancake，northern Sichuan style jelly, Toufu pudding, Zhong’s dumpling, Sichuan pickle, Golden thread like noodles, etc. 10:00-10:40am(14:00-14:40pm) Appreciate Cultural Relics and Tour a Sichuan Style Garden 10:40-10:55am(14:40-14:55pm) Get to know the Raw Ingredients for Chuancais, Visit the organic vegetable garden and the roaming poultry, feel free to pick some organic vegetables; then, experience the traditional manufacturing techniques of flipping, sunburning and dewing to make Pixian chilly bean paste; taste Xuanzi pea jelly and experience the delicacy of the chilly bean paste. 10:55-11:10am(14:55-15:10pm) Worship the Kitchen God 11:10-11:30am(15:10-15:30pm) Process Chuancais Ingredients with Traditional Tools, First you’ll get to identify all kinds of food processing tools. Make chili powder with pestle from the Qing Dynasty; experience making bean curd pudding with the grinding machine and taste delicious spicy or sweet bean curd pudding. 11:30-12:40pm(15:30-16:40pm) Cook 3 Classic Chuancais Dishes, Menus to choose from: A. Panda steamed dumpling, Kung Pao chicken, Mapo Tofu B. Pumpkin steamed dumplings, Daqian dry-braised fish, boiled beef in chili sauce 12:40-13:40pm(16:40-17:40pm) Enjoy dishes cooked by yourself, finish with Tea and Leisure 13:40-15:40pm(17:40-19:40pm) Drive back to Chengdu
