Our experience was like no other. I highly recommend this company. Hands down the best day of our trip!
We had a phenomenal time on this excursion! Our guide and driver were very friendly and informative. They made sure that if we needed / wanted anything that they made it available to us. We travel to a new country every year and this excursion was hands down one of our favorites. The Zipline course was one of the best courses we have done.
There were 4 of us and we had a private tour - we were collected from our hotel in a lovely air conditioned van - our guide and driver were really lovely. First we stopped off at a local food market, as in a lot of other reviews i am not too sure if the elephants are treated that well where we were taken to but we had a short ride on them then we got changed and done the whitewater rafting which was good then changed down river to a bamboo raft - back in the van then onto the zip wires - we are all 50 and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience - was a bit scared at first but after a couple of lines us girls were fine and really enjoyed it then back into the van to the long neck tribe - it was very interesting but even thought we didnt buy anything as we walked through the market you felt and though you should have - we then went onto the elephant poo place where they make paper which again was very interesting - it was a long day but we done a lot and enjoyed most of it
This was a wonderful day and trip. We were the only ones in the group and so the individual attention was great. We had a really good guide who was fun and entertaining. The one thing that bothered me -- we did not have control of the elephant camp we visited. We were rushed through the camp and only spent time riding the elephant and then were rushed to white water rafting. Also, I didn't feel that the elephants were treated as well as I would have preferred. While this tour does NOT say you are visiting an elephant conservation camp, I wish that it had been a more conservation-focused elephant camp rather than a camp where they walk the elephants in a circle over and over.
