My boyfriend and I loved this tour! That day, no other participants were on the tour, and we ended up having a private tour with our guide who was such a sweet lady. She was very informative, smart and spoke perfect English. First, we went out first to get some Thai donuts in the morning with soymilk. My boyfriend was allergic to soy (and we forgot to mention it during the booking process... oops!) but they were so accommodating, and were able to get him some coffee instead. After breakfast, we headed to a local market to check out things that were not touristy! We saw juice stands, local crafts, chili paste, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a huge flower market. At each location, our guide had something notable to say. After checking out markets and temples, we were able to try the local cuisine of Chiang Mai! We thoroughly enjoyed the Khao Soi and the chicken and rice dishes! What a fun way to spend your morning. Highly recommend this tour!
