Very professional course we really enjoyed it. We learned to carve different fruits and vegetables which you can take home after the course, sadly we couldn’t as we had a flight that afternoon. Training is hands on and fully explained step by step in a laptop presentation. Tori and Sone were lovely hosts as they not only taught you about carving but about the Thai culture and traditions in there home in a lovely relaxed environment.Highly recommend thank you both
This class is excellent! No one else within Chiang Mai region is hosting a class like this. I was picked up from my hotel and dropped off, the hosts were a lovely couple and invited me into their beautiful home where I had a 1 on 1 session. Their English was great and they were both very kind, knowledgeable and lovely to be around. I learnt how to carve flowers in eggplants, how to make cool designs with tomatoes, carrots and even carve a large watermelon and play some local musical instruments. I purchased the carving tools from them and took home my creative design of fruit and vegetables. This tour is a MUST if you want to experience something other than Thai Cooking and Bathing Elephants. Well worth every penny!
